Dear Valued Customers
We Are Still Outside and Operational with new safety measures.
We hope you and your family is coping with the current COVID-19 pandemic control situation well. We want to update you about what to expect from our service in the coming weeks. As a company we are monitoring the situation daily and adjusting our processes and practices to prioritize employee and customer safety, as well as public health in general. Our plan is to provide service with adherence to all public health directives and a clear priority for the safety of all involved. As of now this will include:
1. Team Member Wellness Check: All employees will be trained to identify COVID-19 symptoms and any employee who exhibits symptoms of any kind, or suspects they have had contact with an infected person, will not come into work. Additional hand and vehicle cleaning supplies will be provided and implemented. They will be using gloves to reduce contact with surfaces and practicing social distancing at all times.
2. All on site in person appointments will be conducted outdoors, with a safe distance maintained between individuals involved. Whenever possible, electronic or telephone interaction will be utilized to maintain social distancing. This may appear less friendly or personal at first, but it is best practice to maintain a distance of two arm lengths as per Health Canada recommendations. All crews will be wearing clean gloves while on site.
3. Our vehicle, office and warehouse facilities will have upgraded cleaning and sanitizing practices to ensure suppression of potential viral contamination. This includes, frequent cleaning of high use areas, doorknobs, steering wheels, electronic devices and work tools.
These changes are effective immediately and will remain in place for the foreseeable future. We will continue to monitor and adjust our practices as needed to ensure the continued health and safety of everyone. If you would like any further information please contact us:
