1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with 24hr Junk or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
24hr Junk provides junk removal, hauling, and clean-up services to residential and commercial customers across British Columbia. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to scheduling and equipment availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices may vary depending on the volume, weight, type of materials, and access conditions.

Final pricing will be confirmed onsite before the job begins.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. At 24hr Junk, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time prior to our team arriving—no cancellation fees or penalties apply.
We do, however, appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and assist other customers more efficiently.
If we arrive at the location and are unable to complete the job due to unforeseen issues (e.g., access restrictions, unsafe conditions), we may need to reschedule the service to a later time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Ensuring safe and legal access to the property.

Identifying any hazardous or restricted materials in advance.

Keeping pets and children away from work areas during service.

Disclosing any special requirements (e.g., elevator access, tight hallways).
Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
6. Restricted Materials
24hr Junk does not accept or handle the following without prior arrangement:

Hazardous waste (e.g., paint, solvents, asbestos)

Biohazards or medical waste

Explosives or firearms
If such materials are found, we reserve the right to halt the job and charge for time and transportation.
7. Ownership and Disposal
By placing items out for removal, you confirm that you have legal ownership or authorization to dispose of them. Once items are loaded into our truck, they become the property of 24hr Junk for disposal, donation, or recycling at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of THE JUNK TEAM WASTE REMOVAL LTD. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of British Columbia.
10. Updates and Revisions
24hr Junk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
